2014 Ski-Doo SummitWhat's new for the 2014 Ski-Doo Backcountry lineup? Ski-Doo has expanded the tMotion rear suspension / FlexEdge track technology, increased the amount of LinQ accessories. The LinQ systen us a simple, fast, secure way to attach accessories on the snowmobiles tunnel. Ski-Doo also improved the gauge by adding new features such as LCD displays that indicate over rec, break in progress and hand warmer intensity.

The following is what Ski-Doo says about the Summit and Freeride models:

"Areas you haven't seen and challenging maneuvers are now within your reach. With effortless ridability and easily modulated power, each Summit sled is designed to get the most out of its most important component: you. And each Freeride ready to go bigger."

It has been 20 years since the debut of the original Ski-Doo Summit model and the progression has been amazing.

The 2014 Ski-Doo Freeride also got some much needed improvements such as the tMotion rear suspension in more track lengths and the rMotion rear suspension in the 137 model.
